That first elimination challenge of Season 23 went by in a flash...kind of fitting given the season started at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

I was shocked at how short the first elimination challenge was in last week’s episode of Top Chef Carolinas. It was only an hour long! That had to have been the shortest we’ve seen, right?

Nope. Things could be even harder.
