Live Chat During Wednesday night's Top Chef Episode

When we decided to launch the Pack Your Knives Substack, we wanted to expand our offerings beyond our flagship recap podcast episodes. One of our goals was to create a Pack Your Knives community, where fans of Top Chef could come together and chat about the show, because the two of us aren’t the only ones with strong opinions about who should’ve gone home last week, the degree to which immunity has gotten out of control this season, or whether cilantro should be regulated by a federal agency.

This Wednesday night, April 17, we are going to launch our first Live Chat thread at 8:45 p.m. Eastern Time/5:45 p.m. Pacific Time — 15 minutes before Top Chef airs on Bravo.

You’ll be able to chat with us, other fans, react to the episode while it’s being broadcasted, handicap the rest of the season, and air your most eccentric Top Chef theories. Join on desktop or in the Substack app.

This chat will be open to all subscribers — paid and free — to the Pack Your Knives Substack, though we encourage you to become a paid annual subscriber if you aren’t already.
