Kentucky happens to be on Netflix right now, almost done w my rewatch so perfect timing! Eric’s passion for the Ali challenge really came thru the TV. I’d argue that he brought newer and bolder dishes than any contestant before him and it set the precedent for chefs to be their authentic selves. Great new duo here looking fwd to a fun season! Also, go Knicks!
I’m not sure if Eric needs more Top chef podcast reaction practice, but I’m watching his season for the first time and the restaurant wars were crazy! I would love it if you guys could go behind the scenes of that episode because it really seemed like it was insanity and I wanna know more of the tea behind the scenes!
Hard disagree with Eric on mint chocolate chip ice cream but love everything else he has to say. :) Best of luck with the opening of the new restaurant. I am sure it will be a huge success. If the listing for the KY Top Chef house is still up and public, I'd love to check it out.
