Wow you guys got a LOT out of that preview. So much so that at first I wondered if you guys had a special preview. So after I listened, I watched it again, but on my computer instead of my phone. I think y'all must've paused the preview to take notes haha. The chefs all sound really interesting but I've decided to choose three as "my favorites" knowing nothing about them but what was in the F&W article, the People article, and what you guys said. I can't wait for the games to begin!
Also I live near DC so hoping to get to Eric's restaurant but I'll have to call to ask about allergen stuff. It looks really yummy, though.

Can we get some clarity on which episodes will always be behind a paywall and which episodes will eventually be available for all?
One of our chefs in Charleston SC is in the mix. He has two restaurants here Jackrabbit Filly and King BBQ both are excellent .
