Top Chef: Wisconsin, the show’s 21st season, premieres Wednesday night on Bravo.
It’s one of the most shape-shifting seasons in recent memory. Top Chef alum Kristen Kish takes over hosting duties for the legendary Parma Lakshmi, who had stage presence for miles. The show is instituting new rules for Quickfire challenges and immunity. The field of 15 cheftestants doesn’t include any returning Top Chef alums.
Tom and Kevin preview the new season, and highlight their “Chefs to Watch” in the competition. They are joined by Milwaukee lifer C.J. Krawczyk, who knows Brew City and its food scene better than anyone. (He also raised more than $25,000 for local restaurants during COVID).
